These terms govern your use of shadpaceagent.com, operated by Shad Pace.

Our service

Shad Pace is a licensed insurance agency (National Producer Number 19501076) that provides quotes and service messaging only to individuals who personally request them through this website. Shad Pace is not a lead-generation, affiliate, or third-party marketing service and does not buy, sell, or share leads or SMS opt-in data. Submitting a quote request creates no obligation to purchase, and no coverage exists until an insurance carrier issues a policy. Quotes are estimates and subject to underwriting.

Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information in your quote request. Coverage recommendations depend on the accuracy of what you share.

Communications & SMS Program Terms

By submitting the quote form with the consent box checked, you agree to be contacted as described below and in our Privacy Policy (see also SMS Terms).

Program name: Shad Pace insurance quote and service notifications.

• Program description: After you submit a quote request and consent, Shad Pace sends text messages about your insurance quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates. If you separately opted in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional offers from Shad Pace.
• Message frequency: varies based on your request and conversation.
• Fees: message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive a single confirmation message.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or email shad.pace@thepncl.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

Shad Pace provides this site as-is and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
